Mina Radhakrishnan

Co-Founder

Before :Different, Mina was the Global Head of Product at Uber, having started as employee 20. Her previous stints include Google and Goldman Sachs. She's an advisor to multiple startups. Mina's also had a number of senior roles in technology, including as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence for Redpoint Ventures.Mina has a Computer Science degree from Cornell University. When not working, you'll probably find her practicing yoga, or tweeting on @minarad. And as a former competitive scrabble champ - if you ever need help with a crossword, she's your woman!

Hasitha Liyanage

Global VP of Engineering

Before :Different, Hasitha was VP of Engineering at Sysco LABS, where he led the team that developed Sysco's new e-commerce experience. His previous stints include LSEG Technology, where he led the team that developed the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s Central Gateway. He also spent some time in the non-profit sector, working with the ILO in digitizing the labor law compliance system of the Philippines.Hasitha has a Computer Science and Engineering degree from the University of Moratuwa. He is a lifelong science fiction fan and amateur writer.

Shishir Das

CTO

Shishir is :Different's technology visionary.He is a six year veteran of ThoughtWorks, with deep expertise in a wide range of technologies and practices including Rails, Java, JavaScript, AWS, ASP.net, Node.js, Vue.js, Terraform, continuous integration and delivery and microservice architecture. His other stints include Siteminder and Persistent Systems.Shishir holds a Masters degree in Information Technology from the South Gujarat University. He is an avid ski enthusiast and never misses his annual visit to Perisher Valley. When he is not skiing, he spends his free time on tennis courts.
